You may schedule an appointment on our website www.alegrohealth.net or you can message us in the portal for a follow up. 

Please try to log on 5 minutes prior to your scheduled telehealth appointment time. Our clinicians have full schedules and cannot accommodate late appointments of more than 5 minutes.  

Although there are some exceptions with telehealth laws still in place due to covid, telehealth laws require that the patient is in the state where the healthcare provider is licensed at the time of the appointment. If you have dual residency, are visiting a state that we are licensed in, or have visited our clinic in McKinney, Tx, we are able to treat and prescribe/ship medication to you for up to 1 year afterward. 

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. When you make an appointment that time is reserved only for you. Staff members have been scheduled specifically for you at that time. If at the last moment you don't show up for your appointment, no other person will be able to fill that spot, yet we have incurred the fees for staffing that appointment. This creates an unfair financial burden as well as being unfair to the patients who would have wanted to be seen at that time. For this reason, cancellations less than 24 hours or no shows are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. 

 We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards, as long as they display a major credit card logo. We also offer financing options through CareCredit and Cherry for your convenience.

We do NOT accept insurance but we can provide you with an itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance. 

We do not offer refunds for services or products rendered and cannot accept returned medications after they have been dispensed per state regulations. 

Prescriptions are subject to our clinician's professional medical opinion. Controlled substance weight management options vary based on state-specific regulations. Some of the many weight loss prescription options include GLP-1 medications, phentermine, bupropion, contrave, topamax and several others.
