Getting started on your wellness journey

Head to the Book Now page, find and select your state then select initial consult if you are a new patient. You will be prompted with first available date and time. The system will walk you through scheduling and uploading all paperwork needed for your first consult. 

* A card is requested upon scheduling is only hold your appointment. No charges are made upon scheduling. 

Prior to your consult, we ask that you complete the intake forms and submit them 24 hours in advance. You will receive a link via email and text to join the telehealth visit. You may join the video call by either computer or phone. Your provider will review your health history and go over any questions you have. 

Following your visit, provided you have been approved for peptide therapy, you will receive an email on next steps along with information on how to get started with your peptide therapy. This will include a link to dosing guides and how to videos. You will also recieve an invoice via email for your visit and prescription.

Your prescription will be placed and shipped directly to you. This will include all the supplies you need to get started. We encourage you to register on the patient portal and reach out if you have any questions. Our entire team is dedicated to supporting you along the way. 

When you are ready for a refill, you may log into the portal and schedule a follow up consult or request a follow up form.
