Prior to your consultation, please complete and submit your intake forms at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive a secure link via email and text to join your telehealth visit, which can be accessed from either a computer or a smartphone. During the appointment, your provider will review your health history and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Prescription delivery
Following your visit, if prescription therapy is recommended, you’ll receive an invoice via email for your visit and prescription.
You’ll also receive a separate email with next steps and instructions to help you get started, including links to dosing guides and how-to videos.
