When your friend schedules their first appointment, our new patient intake forms will ask, “Who referred you?” That’s where they’ll enter your name.
They Complete Their Visit & Fill a Prescription
After your friend finishes their first consult and pays for their first visit, they’ll receive $50 off — and you’ll get $50 credit applied to your account.
